Yesterday, I had to run into work "to take care of a few things" and ended being there for about 3 hours. Today, I wanted to, again, "take care of a few things" before a meeting. 6 hours later and I'm at home. I am seriously behind on my homework as well because my "days off" from work are my days to get school stuff done.
That means this is going to be a very short post because tomorrow the weekend starts and that means work.
Do you remember these:
Man, that seems like a long time ago.
Anyway, last week, I did 41 of these bad boys. Not all in one go, mind you. I did about 5 in a row, then took a 10 second "rest", then did 5 more, and so on. Feel the burn.
Today, I did box sit-ups with a medicine ball plus punching sit-ups with 5 pound dumbbells. I'm betting that I'm going to feel that tomorrow. I also did burpees, which have their own bit of ab work in them.
Because my schedule has been messed up, there won't be a cardio day (usually done on Thursdays) between today's workout (usually done on Wednesdays) and tomorrow's (usually done on Fridays). That's going to be harsh on the abs because tomorrow is one arm push-ups, which also work the abs hard.
I'm thinking that if I am going to need to sneeze at anytime during the next few days, I should do it tonight before my abs hurt too much.
