Except I don't have an important date.
It was just a crazy weekend and now I'm in catch up mode, trying to get things done.
As such, I'm not going to have much to say today but since it's winter, I will remind everyone that they should be getting their Vitamin D.
I have always suggested that people take at least 2,000 IUs per hundred pounds of bodyweight. I just read an article the other day that suggested that many people would not be getting enough Vitamin D unless they were taking 6,000 IUs a day.
I'm throwing that out there for what it's worth.
You can actually have your Vitamin D levels checked and then supplement appropriately to get it to proper levels.
Anyway, I'm throwing the winter Vitamin D reminder out there for anyone not able to get good amounts of sunshine onto good amounts of skin.
With that, I'm off to the next task.
