I did today's workout with 10 pound dumbbells. Woot!
Next stop, the Mr. Olympia contest.
I still did the push-ups on my knees but I felt pretty good.
My appetite has started to come back too. It's still not normal but it's not so freaky anymore.
I've run into a little but of a running dilemma. I hardly ran when the weather wasn't cooperating. Now the weather has finally turned nice but Trey is out of school. I might have to become a cold weather runner but I just don't enjoy it.
I may have to do some of my cardio DVDs for the summer and go running on Saturday when Tia can watch Trey. For now, that's probably going to be my plan B for the summer where Plan A had a definite lack of forethought.
If I keep feeling okay (not back to 100% by any means at this point), I will probably start back up with doing videos. I am planning on doing a few for karate because those don't require any weights. Next Monday, if all goes well, I'll do a couple of fitness videos. Maybe I'll be up to 15 pound dumbbells by then.
I know I had more to say but it slips my mind at the moment so this will have to do for today. Considering how this last week has gone, I'm feeling pretty good about getting anything out on my blog today.
