I am going to start posting to my original blog at http://successwarrior.typepad.com/.  Please update your feed readers and bookmarks accordingly.  This blog will stay in place but it's purpose will likely change in the future.  All my fitness, exercise, and journal posts will now be at http://successwarrior.typepad.com/.

I have some work to do on it before it more closely resembles this blog but the first post has been posted already.
