- Right uppercut under attacker's left arm
- Left shuffle step, right back knuckle to attacker's left thigh
- Right motorcycle kick to attacker's left leg, right downward ridgehand to neck
- Right spur kick to groin
4th Black
- Right foot stomps on attacker's right instep, right palm heel to thigh, left spur kick
- Left foot stomps on attacker's left instep, left arm drives down, right hand pulls free
- Right step to 9:00, left hand contours up to trap attacker's left wrist
- Left reverse step through, left hand traps attacker's arm to body
- Right uppercut under attacker's left arm, lifting arm up, right hand tracks out to wrist
- Turn attacker's palm up, slide left leg back and drop body
- Pull attacker's arm over shoulder for arm break or flip

Stick - Short Hold

- Drive long end of stick into attacker's jaw if possible
- Right step to 9:00, left hand contours up to trap attacker's left wrist

- Right short end uppercut to ribs
- Right short end inward jab to spine
- Right ridgehand to back of head, right knee strike to back of left leg
- Right chop to throat with stick over neck
