- Step in with right foot, left hand blades and traps, right uppercut to solar plexes
- Right lifting elbow to the face
- Right outward elbow to the ribs
- Right back knuckle to the temple
- Forward stance, left glancing palm heel to the face, wrapping around back of head
- Fighting stance, left hand pulls face down into right uppercut (sammich)
5th Black
- Step in with right foot, left hand traps pushing hand, right palm heel to chin
- Right chop to right forearm sliding up to get Hold 4
- Right front kick to groin
- Right back knuckle to ear
- Lunge, right inward elbow
- Left knee strike to thigh, planting back
- Hold 4 takedown
- Switch to Hold 1 and change directions, bracing with left knee (if needed)
