- Step in with right, right finger strike to throat/eyes, left outward chop to arm
- Right outward claw to eyes, left palm heel to face
- Left outward claw to eyes, right hammer strike to back of mandible
- Right upward elbow to jaw
- Right downward elbow to chest
- Right hammer strike to face
- Left front kick to groin

- Right foot takes small step toward 1:30, double downward chops to attacker's forearms
- Double outward chops to attacker's neck, hands hooking over traps
- Left knee strike to groin, planting straight down
- Right foot goes around attacker's left leg and traps
- Push with hands, sweep leg with right foot
- Ride attacker to the ground, left knee strike to groin, right hand releases
- Right inward elbows to attacker's face
Stick - Long Hold
- Step in with right, long end stick jab over attacker's right collar bone, left outward chop to arm
- Use stick for can opener against the jaw
- Left palm heel to attacker's face, making him look toward the stick
- Right hammer strike to the face with the short end of the stick
- Right upward elbow to jaw
- Right hammer strike to the face with the short end of the stick
- Left palm heel to chest, long end of the stick whips down entire body
- Right upward stick to groin
- Left front kick to solar plexus
Stick - Short Hold
- Step in with right, right short end jab to throat, left outward chop to arm
- Whip long end of stick across attacker's face and clear attacker's left arm
- Left palm heel to attacker's face, making him look toward the stick
- Right long end stick jab to face
- Right short end raking strike to attacker's face
- Circle around for right outward elbow with long end of stick to solar plexus
- Chicken kick (left foot first) to the FAT
