- Left shuffle step, right knife kick to attacker's left leg

- Left hooking palm heel to face, right short end hammer strike to neck (sammich)
- Left knee strike to groin
Stick - Short Hold
- Step forward to 1:00, long end of stick whipping under attacker's leg
- Right step forward behind attacker's left foot, left hand grabs long end of stick
- Right short end punching strike to groin, taking attacker down
- Right stomp on attacker's left knee
- Rest short end of stick on your right thigh, right punch to groin
- Grab stick with right hand in long hold
- Left hand grabs attacker's right heel and lifts
- Whip long end of stick down to groin
- Right downward stick to right knee
- Drop attacker's right leg, right stomp to attacker's right ankle
