- Step in with left, left inward block
- Lunge, right ridge hand to neck
- Left hand attaches to right hand and pulls attacker tight to body
- Right motorcycle kick to attacker's right leg, planting into solid stance
- Hold attacker until he falls unconscious
- Left cover step, dropping attacker, right punch to the FAT
3rd Black
Strangle Rescue from Right Side
- Step in with left, left palm heel to attacker's right shoulder
- Lunge, right ridge hand to neck
- Right knee strike to attacker's thigh, planting back
- Spin attacker down and to his right until his balance is gone
- Reverse directions, lifting attacker by the neck
Stick - Long Hold
- Step in with left, left inward block
- Right punch to the left side of attacker's throat
- Reach around neck with left hand and grab short end of stick
- Drop right arm back to catch attacker's forearm in the crook of your arm
- Drive right hand over attacker's shoulder and attach to trap
- Right knife kick to attacker's right leg
- Right hand attaches to your own left forearm, hold for submission
Stick - Short Hold
- Step in with left, left inward block, right short stick jab to ribs
- Left hand checks arm, right ridge hand to outside of neck
- Left hand grabs short end of stick
- Right knife kick to the far leg, pull attacker's head into your body
- Reverse step through holding head to body, turning attacker over
- Rest attacker on your left knee
- Release stick with right hand
- Right downward elbow to chest, dropping attacker to ground
- Left knee strike to collar bone
- Twist, left back stick to face
- Drop right knee on attacker, right punch to face
