Right Straight Punch
Blue
- Step in with left, left uppercut to ribs, right back knuckle to attacker's fist
- Right palm heel to attacker's left shoulder/pec
- Left palm heel to attacker's face, travelling past
- Left hand hooks onto attacker's neck
- Pull with left hand, left front kick to attacker's forward leg
- Right downward roundhouse kick to FAT
4th Black
- Step in with left, left uppercut to ribs, right back knuckle to attacker's fist
- Right hand travels over attacker's arm
- Forward stance, right punch to attacker's right pec
- Right and left hand trap attacker's right wrist
- Right step, left reverse step through, under attacker's arm into Hold 3
- Switch from Hold 3 to Hold 7 to the front of attacker, pulling back
- Left soccer kick to attacker's knee pit, dropping him to the ground
- Left roundhouse kick to the back of attacker's head, travelling past
- Plant so that attacker's arm is between your legs
- Do a backward roll (tearing attacker's arm off)
Stick - Long Hold
- Step in with left, left uppercut to ribs, right outward block with short end of stick
- Let the long end of the stick snap forward into attacker's head
- Right hammer strike with short end to kidney
- Right motorcycle kick to attacker's right leg enough to move the foot a little
- Right ridgehand to the back of head, wrapping stick around attacker's throat
- Grab long end of stick with left hand
- Bend over, flipping attacker over backwards
Stick - Short Hold
- Step in with left, left uppercut to ribs, right outward block with short end to attacker's fist
- Lunge, long end whipping stick strike to attacker's face
- Right hammer strike to attacker's leg, long end going between attacker's legs
- Left hand reaches over leg and grabs the long end of the stick
- Pull with left hand, twisting attacker and taking him down
- Right releases stick and lets it rest on your thigh, drop right knee to groin
- Right punch to the FAT
