Orange
- Return grab, step back with left foot with left outward elbow
- Left outward claw, circle arm over attacker's arm
- Forward stance with uppercut to attacker's elbow
- Left push down with reverse step through, right hand pulls free
- Right hammer strike to spine with right knee to chest (sammich)
2nd Black
Right Hammer Lock with Left Hand Holding Left Shoulder
- Return grab, step back with left foot with left outward elbow (which attacker defeats)
- Left step to 1:00, right back kick to attacker's armpit
- Left knife kick to attacker's leg (your choice on which one), planting in
- Pull up with right hand, left forearm strike to attacker's elbow
Stick - Long Hold
- Step back with left foot, left outward elbow to face
- Step forward with left foot to 1:00, circle short end of stick over attacker's wrist
- Grab the short end of the stick with left hand
- Left cover step, Hold 3 take down to the rear
- Right stomp kick to attacker's ribs to keep them from rolling or spinning
- Break wrist then let go with left hand
- Right outward stick to attacker's head
Stick - Short Hold
- Step back with left foot, left outward elbow to attacker's face
- Switch stance (left foot first) spinning to face attacker
- Right short end strike to attacker's face, left inward palm heel to ribs
- Pull stick straight back toward your body, grab long end with left overhand grip
- Stick strike to throat
8th Black
Right Hammer Lock with Left Hand Holding Left Shoulder
- Return grab, step back with left outward elbow to face (which attacker defeats)
- Left step forward to 1:00, right back kick to attacker's ribs
- Left step in front of attacker's foot, left forearm to attacker's elbow using Hold 1 to bend attacker over, pulling attacker into your body
- Left back knuckle to head
- Left claw to face pulling attacker's face to the right, right knee strike to face
- Left downward elbow, left chop to left side of attacker's neck
- Reverse step through pulling attacker with you, right hand goes over attacker's head
- Cover, right uppercut to attacker's neck (with their head against your side)
- Right claw to face twisting attacker face up, right foot steps to 9:00
- (Ending #1) Right claw to jaw, left claw to chest, pulling attacker past you on the right, right hammer strike to groin
- (Ending #2) Right downward palm heel, right stomp to collar bone, right knee to solar plexus, right punch to groin
