Left Hand to Right Wrist Grab
Blue
- Step in with right foot, right hand pulls back across your body
- Left hand grabs attacker's wrist over the top, right back knuckle to groin
- Shuffle forward, right motorcycle kick to attacker's left leg
- Pull attacker's left arm across your body, downward ridge hand to attacker's neck
4th Black
- Step in with right foot, right hand pulls back across your body
- Left hand grabs attacker's wrist over the top and lifts, right outward elbow to ribs
- Right hand traps attacker's wrist pulling attacker's arm over your shoulder
- Pull down with both hands hyperextending or breaking attacker's arm
- Left step through, swinging attacker's arm in a circle to get to Hold 3
- Start Hold 3 take down to the front until attacker is falling foward
- Do Hold 3 take down to the rear
Stick - Long Hold
- Step in with right foot, right hand pulls back across your body
- Left hand grabs attacker's wrist over the top and lifts, right outward stick to shin
- Shuffle forward, right motorcycle kick to attacker's left leg
- Pull attacker's left arm across your body, downward ridge hand to attacker's neck
- Wrap stick around the front of attacker's throat and grab with the left hand
- Step over attacker's body and pull up on stick
- Roll backward into strangle, locking your heels into the attacker's hips
Stick - Short Hold
- Lunge in with right foot, rotate right hand palm up, long end whipping stick to face
- Left inward elbow to ribs
- Left front kick to attacker's left leg, planting back
- Right long end stick jab to attacker's throat, leaving stick on throat
- Right 45 degree kick to attacker's right leg, pushing attacker with stick
- Dessert
10th Black
- Lunge in with right foot, rotate right hand palm up
- Left inward elbow to ribs
- Left front kick to attacker's left leg, planting back
- Right palm heel across attacker's face
- Right 45 degree kick to attacker's right leg
- Right palm heel to face
- Lunge, right stomp to groin
