- Step in with left, left outward block to attacker's triceps, right ridgehand to forearm
- Lunge, left hand drives attacker's arm down, right glancing palm heel to attacker's face
- Right knee strike to groin while right hand attaches to attacker's shoulder
- Plant right foot back in cover step
- Hold 1 throw or takedown
4th Black
- Step in with left, left outward block to attacker's triceps, right ridgehand to forearm
- Lunge, left hand drives attacker's arm down, right glancing palm heel to attacker's face
- Right knee strike to attacker's thigh while right hand travels over attacker's shoulder
- Left hand lifts attacker's right arm up behind attacker, right hand attaches to attacker's wrist
- Drop right elbow on attacker's elbow
- Lunge back, both hands drive attacker's arm down and then up in front of attacker
- Hold 4, reverse step through for takedown
- Pull up on arm, jump, land with one foot in attacker's armpit and one on his head
Stick - Long Hold
- Step in with left, left inward block, right snapping stick strike to inside of wrist
- Grab the long end of the stick with the left hand in an underhand grab
- Release stick with right hand, left hammer strike to groin with the short end
- Left ridge hand to throat, wrapping stick around attacker's neck
- Grab the long end of the stick with the right hand
- Pull down with both hands flipping attacker
- Dessert
Stick - Short Hold
- Step in with left, left inward block, right ridge hand to forearm
- Lunge, left hand drives attacker's arm down, right inward elbow to face with stick
- Right knee strike to groin, planting back
- Right outward chop, wrapping stick over attacker's neck
- Reverse step through pulling attacker down as you kneel on left knee
- Wrap stick under attacker's throat and rest long end on your right knee
- Apply pressure to the back of attacker's head with your right forearm
