- Lunge forward with left foot with a left inward block
- Kneel on right knee with right inward elbow to attacker's thigh
- Right outward elbow to the back of attacker's leg
- Snake right hand between attacker's legs and grab something
- Left hand does a skin grab into rib or chest area
- Stand, lifting with right arm and pulling down with left hand
- Left roundhouse kick to face or ribs
4th Black
- Lunge forward with left foot with a left inward block
- Right inward elbow to ribs
- Right outward elbow to ribs
- Double palm heels to attacker's right arm
- Left outward claw to attacker's face
- Right ridgehand to attacker's chin, traveling up over head
- Right outward chop to attacker's knee pit, left hand does skin grab to rib or chest area
- Lift with the right arm and pull down with the left hand
- Drop right knee on groin
- Holding attacker's ankle, step over his body with your lift foot until attacker's leg is sideways
- Pull up on ankle holding knee in place with your thigh
Stick - Long Hold
- Step in with left foot with a left inward block
- Right inward stick strike across body, traveling through
- Right short end jab to kidney
- Snap the long end of the stick across attacker's back
- Put stick between attacker's legs and grab the long end with the left hand (arms make an X)
- Lift the stick and pull with left hand uncrossing arms taking attacker to the ground
- Drop your right knee on attacker's groin and force their leg toward their head
- Let go of the stick with the right hand
- Long end whipping sticking to the attacker's head with the left hand
Stick - Short Hold
- Lunge forward with left foot with a left inward block
- Kneel on right knee with right inward elbow with stick to attacker's thigh
- Right outward elbow driving the long end of the stick into attacker's left leg
- Right ridgehand to the inside of attacker's right leg
- Use the force of the ridgehand and the short end of the stick to hook attacker's leg into your left hand
- Stand, lifting attacker's leg and stepping forward with your left foot
- Right shovel kick to attacker's left thigh planting on attacker's leg
- Press attacker's right leg out with your left knee helping them do the splits
- Right upward whipping stick to the groin with the long end
- Stab long end of stick down into groin
