- Left knee strike to attacker's right thigh, dropping attacker to their knee
- Drop right knee on attacker's ankle
4th Black
- Step in with left, right upward block with the left hand going up too
- Right roundhouse kick to the groin or solar plexus, planting down
- Both hands grab attacker's stick hand in Hold 4
- Left knee strike to attacker's thigh, planting back
- Hold 4 take down
- Right downward roundhouse kick to attacker's face
- Hold 5 disarm, taking stick with right hand
- Right downward stick strike to face
Stick - Long Hold
- Step in with left foot, long end jab to attacker's armpit
- Lunge, right knee strike to ribs
- Long end stick strike to the back of attacker's head, traveling past
- Hook stick in front of attacker's throat
- Right motorcycle kick to attacker's leg dropping attacker
- Dessert
Stick - Short Hold
- Step in with left foot, right knife kick to attacker's front knee turning attacker away from you
- Right hammer strike so that long end of strike goes between legs and up into groin
- Right front kick to attacker's left leg
- Right motorcycle kick to right leg, spreading attacker's feet and trapping leg
- Left palm heel to attacker's back, stepping in with the left foot with a left front kick to groin
- Drop right knee on attacker's right leg
- Spin stick to long hold, right stick strike to head
