- Pivot to a fighting stance, both hands reach down and grab attacker's closest leg
- Lift leg until attacker falls
- Step over attacker's body with right foot
- Pivot and drop right knee on attacker's hip
- Twist attacker's right foot so the toes face you
- Twist attacker's right foot so the toes face away from you
- Drop the left knee to the groin
- Right straight punch to the attacker's face
Stick - Long Hold
- Rack the backs of the attacker's hands with your knuckles
- Step out with the right foot to 4:00, double crashing wings
- Left foot steps around attacker's leg into forward stance facing away from attacker
- Pivot to a fighting stance
- Right hammer strike to the groin with the short end of the stick
- Thread long end of stick behind attacker's left leg
- Grab long end with left hand and lift until attacker falls
- Roll attacker over on his stomach while stepping toward his head with your right foot
- Hold leg in the air with left hand and do a right outward stick to the head
