- Left palm heel to attacker's hands with left hand attaching to attacker's hands
- Step in with right foot to deep right fighting stance, right upward elbow into attacker's body
- Pull right hand down whipping past the groin (whip the tip)
- Right hand rebounds off your own thigh for a back knuckle to groin
- Rebound again for a right back knuckle to inside of attacker's left knee
- Stand and do a right hammer strike to attacker's face
3rd Black
- Left palm heel to attacker's hands with left hand attaching to attacker's left wrist
- Step in with right foot to deep right fighting stance, right upward elbow into attacker's body
- Pull right hand down whipping past the groin (whip the tip)
- Right hand rebounds off own your thigh for a back knuckle to groin
- Rebound again for a right back knuckle to inside of attacker's left knee
- Stand, pull attacker's left arm away from their body
- Right hammer strike to elbow
- Right downward roundhouse kick to attacker's left leg (if needed)
- Left knee strike to ribs
Stick - long hold
- Step in with right, drive short end of stick to attacker's groin
- Left palm heel to chest
- Strip stick down whipping the tip
- Rebound off ground into groin
- Pull attacker's left arm straight
- Right downward stick strike to left elbow
- Right downward roundhouse kick to attacker's left calf
- Hook short end of stick in front of attacker's throat
- Step back with left to kneel on left knee, pulling attacker with stick
- Push down on attacker's wrist as attacker falls
Stick - short hold
- Step in with right, left upward palm heel to jaw, drive stick into body
- Right downward stick whipping the tip
- Right ridgehand
- Step to 10:30 with left
- Left inward palm heel to head, right short stick to temple, sammich
- Turn stick around, long end around back of neck, grab with left hand
- Right 45 degree kick to atacker's right leg, pulling with stick
- Plant back for some dessert
